摘　　要：目的 :研究人雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。方法 :采用噻唑蓝 (MTT)法测定人雄激素非依赖性高转移前列腺癌细胞 (PC- 3M)对 6种化疗药物的敏感性。结果 :PC- 3M对 6种化疗药物的敏感性依次为喜树碱 >依托泊甙 >卡铂、阿霉素、氮芥 >5 -氟尿嘧啶 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :PC- 3M对喜树碱、依托泊甙较敏感。可作为临床用药参考。Purpose:To study the chemosensitivity in human androgen independent prostate cancer cell. Methods: Using the MTT method to study the chemosensitivities to six chemical drugs in human androgen independent prostate cancer cell (PC 3M).Results: The chemosensitivities to six chemical drugs in PC 3M are camptothecin>etoposidum>carboplatin,doxorubincin,nitrogen mastrad>5 fluorouracil (P< 0.05 ).Conclusions: PC 3M is more sensitive to camptothecin,etoposidum, this may give reference to clinical treatment.
