摘 要:目的 建立体外循环 (cardiopulmonarybypass,CPB)及深低温停循环 (deephypothermiacirculatoryarrest,DHCA)时选择性脑灌注 (selectivecerebralperfusion,SCP)兔模型。方法 选用大耳白兔2 9只 ,经右锁骨下动脉及右房插管建立CPB ,鼻温 2 0℃时停循环或SCP 80min,监测血流动力学指标及血气变化。结果 在CPB中动物血流动力学稳定 ,心脏自动复跳率较高 ,为 75 .9%。自制微型氧合器氧合性能完全符合满意CPB标准。结论 经右锁骨下动脉、右房插管兔体外循环及选择性脑灌注建立的模型安全、稳定、简单、实用 ,是进行深低温停循环时选择性灌注脑保护研究的较理想模型。Objective To establish a rabbit model of the cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and the selective cerebral perfusion (SCP) during deep hypothermia circulatory arrest (DHCA). Methods Twenty nine rabbits were assigned to undergo 80 min of DHCA or SCP at an nasopharynx temperature of 20℃. CPB was established via right subclavian artery and right atrium cannulation. The hemodynamics and the blood gas parameters were observed during the experiment. Results The hemodynamical parameters were steady during CPB, and the rabbits also had a high automatic recovery rate of heart beat. The oxygenation property of the self made miniature oxygenator was sufficient to fit the standard of satisfactory CPB. Conclusion The rabbit CPB and SCP model established via right subclavian artery and right atrium cannulation was safe, reliable, steady and utility, and is an ideal model for cerebral protection experimental research of SCP during DHCA.
