摘　　要：国家对大学生入伍工作高度重视,高校应创新思路,切实了解入伍学生的思想状态和实际需求,开展持续性强、针对性强的帮扶工作,有利于入伍学生快速融入新环境,能够为增强我国国防力量和接班人力量做出应有的贡献。The country attaches great importance to the enlistment of college students.College should have innovative ideas and care about enlisted students to understand their thoughts and demands.Continuous and targeted supporting work would help those students adapt to the new environment,and make due contribution to China＇s national defence and successor training.
