摘　　要：学生干部在高等学校学生管理工作中具有十分重要的地位和作用,是高校学生工作顺利开展的基础。因此,除了要严把学生干部竞聘选拔关之外,更要注重对学生干部的培养工作,关注学生干部自身的健康成长,坚持干部培养与明确角色定位、强化干部意识、提升干部智慧结合起来,走全面发展之路。College student cadre in higher school student management work in a very important position and role,is the foundation of student work in universities and colleges smoothly.Therefore,in addition to strictly control the college student cadre competition hiring besides,more should pay attention to the cultivation of student cadre works,pays attention to student cadre own healthy growth,adhere to the cadre training and clear role positioning,strengthen a cadre consciousness,ascension cadres combine comprehensive wisdom walk the road of development.
