摘　　要：随着高等教育的不断发展,社会的就业形势越来越严峻,大学生自主创业成为解决大学生就业问题的有效途径。但是由于大学生自身经验不足、管理能力缺乏、资金筹措困难等原因,在创业市场中处于弱势地位。因此,政府、高校、企业和社会相关部门不应该把高校毕业生自主创业看做高校和学生单方面的事情,而应从政策配套、注册服务和跟踪服务等多方面来构建创业服务体系,给予大学生创业充分的帮助。With the continuous development of higher education,the employment situation is grim,the students start their own businesses to become an effective way to solve the problem of employment of college students.However,due to the students themselves＇ inexperience,lack of management capacity,financing difficulties and other reasons,in a weak position in the venture market.Therefore,governments,universities,enterprises and society relevant departments should be seen as college graduates start their own businesses to universities and student-sided thing,but from several aspects of the policy of matching services and tracking services to build entrepreneurial service system to give students＇ venture adequate help.
