摘　　要：2012年中国首批90后大学生即将毕业进入职场,他们在就业理想、就业选择、就业目标上表现出明显的新特点,也给高校的就业指导工作提出了新重点。本文着重分析了90后大学生就业观的新特点,以及高校应该如何"因材施教"。In 2012,the first batch of 90s college students go into the workplace,they show significant new features on their ideal job,employment selection,employment targets,and put new emphasis on employment guidance to colleges and universities.This article focuses on the new features of the employment outlook of 90s students,as well as colleges and universities should be ＂individualized＂.
