脑卒中后痴呆患者的血浆CCK-8变化及临床意义

摘　　要：采用放射免疫分析法（ＲＩＡ）测定了３９例脑卒中后痴呆、５４例脑卒中后非痴呆患者及２５例正常对照者的血浆胆囊收缩素八肽（ＣＣＫ－８）水平。结果显示，脑卒中后痴呆者的血浆ＣＣＫ－８水平高于非痴呆者（Ｐ＜０．０５），脑卒中者高于正常对照者（Ｐ＜０．０５），脑卒中后非痴呆者与正常对照者无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。认为ＣＣＫ－８参与了脑卒中后痴呆的病理生理过程。The cholecystokinin octapeptide (CCK 8) in plasma of 39 patients with dementia after stroke and 54 stroke patients without dementia and 25 normal controls were determined by radioimmunoassay. Result showed that the plasma CCK 8 of patients with dementia were increased than that of patients without dementia (P<0 05) The plasma CCK 8 of patient with stroke were higher than that of normal controls (P<0 05). The plasma CCK 8 showed no significant change between the patients without dementia and control group (P>0 05) It suggests that CCK 8 might involved in the pathophysiologic progress of dementia after stroke
