摘  要:中沙(天津)石化有限公司异丙苯装置在试运行期间,苯塔出现周期性压力波动甚至超压联锁停车。针对这一问题,采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对苯塔回流罐进行了模拟,考察了压力、丙烷含量及N2流量对丙烷在苯中溶解度的影响。分析造成苯塔操作不稳定的原因为丙烷在苯塔内的累积,当丙烷达一定含量且操作条件发生波动时,可使液相中的丙烷瞬间释放,导致苯塔压力升高甚至超压联锁停车。通过向回流罐连续引入N2和增加冷凝器的温度控制系统、回流罐的N2流量控制系统等措施解决了苯塔压力波动的问题。In the test run of the isopropyl benzene unit of SINOPEC/SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co.Ltd,there was pressure fluctuation of the benzene column,which led to overpressure interlock stopping.In order to solve this problem,the overhead drum of the benzene column was simulated by using Aspen Plus software,and the effects of pressure,propane content and nitrogen flowrate on the propane solubility in benzene were investigated.The results indicated that the upset of the benzene column resulted from the increasing propane accumulation in benzene.When the propane concentration rose to a certain extent and the operation conditions fluctuated,the propane gas was released in a short time,which could lead to the pressure rise and then the overpressure interlock stopping.The pressure fluctuation could be solved through continuous addition of nitrogen to the overhead drum and improvement of the control system.
