摘  要:目的观察大豆纤维粉(SDF)对糖尿病(DM)小鼠血糖水平及肝脏脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法33只昆明雄性小鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、链脲霉素(STZ)糖尿病模型组和试验组(DM模型+10%SDF),实验期5周。结果 SDF可使糖尿病小鼠体重增加,降低空腹血糖及改善糖耐量状况;SDF可使糖尿病小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增加及脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量降低。结论添加10%SDF可降低糖尿病小鼠血糖水平及改善肝脏抗氧化能力。Objective To observe the effects of soy dregs fiber(SDF) on blood glucose and liver lipo-peroxides indiabetic mouse.Methods Thirty-three mice randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control,STZ diabetic mice fed basal diet and STZ diabetic mice fed with 10% SDF plus basal diet.Results SDF could obviously increase the body weight,decrease the blood glucose and improve abnormal glucose tolerance in the diabetic mice.Compared with the normal control,SOD activity in the liver of the diabetic mice with SDF feed were increased singnificantly and MDA contents were remarkably decreased.Conclusion Adding 10% SDF could effectively decrease blood glucose and increase antioxidant affectin of the diabetic mice.
