摘　　要：随着高等教育的大众化,特别是全球金融危机的影响,高校毕业生就业工作成为全社会高度关注的焦点,高校面临着巨大的挑战。文章从研究非智力因素和大学生成功就业的角度,提出支撑毕业生求职就业和职业发展需要的核心就业竞争力模型,为锻炼高校大学生的核心就业竞争力,引导其做好职业生涯规划与就业准备,同时为丰富高校就业教育内容和方式提供参考。With the popularization of higher education,especially the impact of the global financial crisis,colleges are now facing great challenges and graduates＇ employment becomes the focus of the whole society.From the perspective of non-intellectual factors and the successful employment of college students,the author puts forward the core employment competitiveness pattern to meet the needs of job hunting and career development of graduates.Besides,the author aims at enhancing the employment competitiveness of graduates,guiding graduates to make a sound career planning and a good preparation for employment and finally providing references for enriching the contents and approaches of university employment education.
