摘　　要：目的 :通过S180 在昆明种小鼠活体生长 ,对促吞噬肽 (tuftsin)的抗肿瘤作用进行研究。方法 :建立脾切除、模拟脾切除动物模型 ,皮下接种S180 ,注射促吞噬肽 ,观察荷瘤小鼠的瘤体生长、自然生存期及检测NK细胞活性。结果 :促吞噬肽能抑制带脾荷瘤小鼠的瘤体生长、增强NK细胞活性并延长生存期。这种作用在脾切除的小鼠中更为明显。结论 :促吞噬肽具有抗肿瘤免疫作用 ,可望用于恶性肿瘤的治疗。OBJECTIVE: The antitumor effect of tuftsin was studied by observing the growth of S 180 tumor cells in the living Kunming mice METHODS: After establishment of animal model for two months, S 180 tumor cells were inoculated into the subcutanous layer of mice Tumor size, survival time and the nautural killing cells′ activity of the tumor bearing mice were studied to evaluate the antitumor effect of tuftsin RESULTS: Tuftsin showed antitumor effect with the slower growth of tumor, the higher NK cell activity, and the long time survival CONCLUSION: The artificial synthesized tuftsin has antitumor effect, and is expected to treat the malignant tumor in future
