摘 要:目的 :去除大豆油所含的胶质、游离脂肪酸、色素、热原、豆腥成分及高熔点的甘油酯等杂质 ,使精制大豆油适于制备静脉用脂肪乳注射液。方法 :用物理化学方法精制 ,包括脱胶、脱酸、脱色、吸附、脱臭、低温过滤和高温灭菌。结果 :精制大豆油的色泽、酸价、过氧化值、不皂化物及水分含量均低于国外药典精制大豆油质量标准。结论 :精制大豆油制成的脂肪乳注射液经动物及临床试验均未发现不良反应 ,用本法精制的大豆油可用于生产静脉用脂肪乳注射液。OBJECTIVE:The colloid,free fat acids,pigments,pyrogen,odourous ingredients and high melting triglycerids with point were removed from the soybean oil for the preparation of fat emulsion intravenously.METHOD:The cool press soybean oil was refined through physical and chemical processes including degum,deacid,decoloration,adsorption,deodourzation,low filtration under temperature and autoclave,respectively.RESULTS:The color,acid value,peroxide value,unsafonifiable matter and water residue of the refined soybean oil were accorded with the criteria of the refined soybean oil of some foreign pharmacopoeias.CONCLUSION:Any side effects were hardly observed when the fat emulsion prepared with the refined soybean oil was given to animals and patients.Therefore,the refined soybean oil was considered to be suitable for the use in preparation of fat emulsion for intravenous adminstration.
