摘　　要：以信息技术和生命科学为先导的新科技革命迅猛发展,知识已成为重要的生产要素。知识经济初露端倪,医院改革发展聚焦何处?笔者仅就知识经济的由来与表述、知识经济的基础、知识经济岂能“悄然而至”?等为切入点,围绕知识经济兴起,探索医院改革发展的焦点。认为应当认清形势,明确目标;实行终生教育;加强基础研究,造就高水平科技队伍;建立技术创新体制以及增强知识产权意识,保护技术成果等方面着力开拓。在征服疾病维护健康中,为全社会提供知识贡献。Along with the building up of a fundamental market economy framework at the beginning of the 21st century and as the new century will be led and featured by the development of the intellectual economy, hospital reforms are required to: develop toward the new demands of the intellectual economy; enter a new stage to play a more effective supporting role for the development of intellectual economy, with the market demand as the driving force; create a suitable system with management regulations and operational mechanism according to features of different clinical departments and tasks; set targets, procedures and concrete measures needed for establishment of such systems; foster high - level medical Sci - Tech professionals for them to solve complex problems, contribute to basic researches and clinical practice, offer better consultation suggestions for the stipulation of macro policy and for the formation of scientific development plan.
