摘　　要：虹膜松弛综合征（IFIS）是白内障手术的常见并发症之一。近年来国际眼科界在对全身应用α1肾上腺素能受体拮抗剂坦洛新等发生IFIS危险因素和处理对策的研究上取得了长足的进步，而国内眼科界对于IFIS的关注程度与国外同仁相比尚存较大差距，缺乏对IFIS的明确诊断和处理对策，影响白内障手术的成功率。建议充分关注发生IFIS的危险因素，对可能发生IFIS的高危患者，在术前和术中能有充足的准备和应对措施。Intraoperative floppy-iris syndrome （IFIS） is one of the common complications during the cataract surgery. Recently, international ophthalmologists has obtained progresses on the recognize of IFIS risk factors such as the use of systemic adrenergic α1-antagonist tamsulosin and the safety remedy measures. At the same time, domestic ophthalmologists pay little attention to the IFIS and know little on the diagnosis and treatment of IFIS. This syndrome is associated with a high rate of cataract surgical complications and affects the success rate of surgery. We must pay attention to the IFIS risk factors, make thorough preparations before the surgery and take measures during the operation for the high risk patients.
