摘　　要：根据视频资源建设的需要,提出建设卫星宽带多媒体教学系统的必要性。从系统的设计出发,介绍系统的前端、控制端、终端、网络设计,直播和点播功能实现的关键技术,如P2P技术、IP网络视频流录制技术和网络在线视频编辑处理技术,以及系统的应用状况和应用过程中出现的问题,以期推动教学信息化的发展。This paper presents the requirement of constructing Satellite Broadband Multimedia Teaching System based on the necessity of development of video resources. According to the overall design of System, the paper introduces the implementation of front-end, console, terminal, network, the key technologies of live broadcast and VOD system, such as P2P technology, IP network video recording technology and online video non-linear editing technology, and problems in the process of application, hoping to promote the development of education information.
