摘  要:试验采用二次饱和D -最优设计 ,研究除草剂 48%地乐胺乳油 (X1)和6 0 %丁草胺乳油 (X2 )的用量与啤酒花田马齿苋的防除效果 (y)间的变化规律 ,建立了二元二次回归模型y =99.2 870 + 2 0 .135 7X1+ 18.5 2 44X2 - 15 .5 882X21- 17.2 2 6 1x22 -2 7.70 97X1X2 。通过对此回归式分析可知 :地乐胺和丁草胺对马齿苋的防除效果很明显 ,地乐胺的防除效果优于丁草胺 ,地乐胺和丁草胺混用有显著的交互作用 ,防除效果最好的药剂组合是 48%地乐胺 2 78.1ml/亩与 6 0 %丁草胺 10 6 .4ml/亩混用。用此模型 。The quadratic saturation D-optimum regressing design was used in order to probe into the interrelation between control effect (y) to purslane (Portulaca oleracea L.)in hops fields and the dosage of Butralin 48% EC(x 1)and Butachlor 60% EC(x 2). A duality quadratic regression model y=99.2870+20.1357x 1+18.5244x 2-15.5882x 2 1-17.2261x 2 2-27.7097x 1x 2was established. A great deal of information was learned by means of analysing the model.Butralin and Butacholr had very highly control effects to purslane. The control effect of Butralin was better than the one of Butachlor. The interaction of two weedicides was very marked. The most effective dosage of controlling purslane was Butralin 48% EC 287.1 ml/667m 2 mixed with Butachlor 60% EC 106.4 ml/666.7m 2. The forecast and control of killing purslane in hops fields can be done by taking advantage of the model.
