摘  要:本研究目的在于利用马缨丹叶提取物诱发建立豚鼠胆石症模型。在此基础上 ,采用常规病理学和酶组化技术对其特征性病变进行研究 ,并测定该模型中血清和胆汁某些生化指标。研究发现其典型病理变化是 :胆囊扩张 ,胆汁淤积 ;胆道上皮细胞增生及肝细胞变性 ;血清和胆汁中总胆红素、总胆固醇、游离胆红素、结合胆红素及钙离子的含量均有不同程度的变化 ;β 葡萄糖苷酸酶和酸性粘多糖在肝脏和胆囊的含量明显增多 ;结果表明 :马缨丹叶提取物可以诱发形成胆石。在胆石形成过程中 ,β 葡萄糖苷酸酶和酸性粘多糖起着重要作用。T5BZ] [WT5HZ]Abstract[WT5BZ] The aim of the present study is to establish a gallstone animal model induced by Lantana camara L.in the guinea pig.Several components of serum and bile were determined.Characteristic pathologic changes were studied by conventional histopathology,and many enzymes of the liver and gallbladder with histochemical techniques.Our observation revealed that the characteristic pathologic changes were gallbladder hyperplasia,gallbladder dilatation and bile deposit.The level of total bilirubin and uncombined bilirubin in the serum and bile was raised.The increase of interstitial β glucuronidase and acid mucopolysacharides in the liver and gallbladder was another characteristic feature of this model.It was concluded that β glucuronidase and acid mucopolysacharides played an important role in the formation of gallstones.
