论工学结合培养模式下的政法高职师资队伍建设

摘　　要：适应工学结合培养模式新要求,师资队伍建设是政法高职院校人才培养模式运作成功与否的关键所在。政法高职院校应以双师结构、双师素质为重点,建设政治坚定、师德高尚、素质优良、高效精干、专兼结合、梯队合理的教学团队,以切合高职教育对工学结合的要求。Under the current demand of talent cultivation mode of combining training and practice,team building of teachers is the key to success in the operation of cultivation mode for teachers in politics and laws vocational institutions.It focuses on double-ability teacher structures and quality so as to build a team of teachers who are resolute in political beliefs,self-conscious in morality,excellent in all-round development,efficient in work,specialized in their research fields.
