摘　　要：目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原67(Ki-67)和胸苷激酶1(TK1)在胃癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法检测Ki-67、TK1在71例胃癌组织和20例正常胃组织中的表达。结果胃癌组织中Ki-67、TK1阳性表达率高于正常胃组织,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);胃癌组织中Ki-67的阳性表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P均<0.05);Ki-67和TK1在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.383,P=0.001)。结论 Ki-67和TK1与胃癌的发生、发展有密切关系。Objective To explore the expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen 67 （Ki-67） and thymidine kinase 1 （ TK1 ） in gastric carcinoma tissues and their correlation. Methods Immunohistochemicai method was used to detect Ki-67 and TK1 in the 71 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues and the 20 cases of normal gastric tissues. Results In gastric carcinoma, the positive expression rates of Ki-67 and TK1 were significantly higher than those of the normal gastric tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and Ki-67 was significantly correlated with the depths of invasion, the lymph node metastases and the TNM stages （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of Ki-67 were positively correlated with TK1 （ r = 0.383, P = 0.001 ）. Conclusion Ki-67 and TK1 can play an important role in the genesis and development of gas- tric carcinoma.
