经济条件对高职生一般自我效能感与成就动机的影响研究

摘　　要：以234名高职学生为对象,采用一般自我效能感量表和成就动机量表,运用方差分析、多元回归统计方法,对不同经济地位和综合素质的高职学生的一般自我效能感和成就动机及其关系进行研究。结果表明,优秀贫困高职生和非贫困高职生的一般自我效能感、成就动机水平无显著差异,且显著高于普通贫困高职生。Measuring on 234 higher vocational students by the general self- efficacy scale and the achieve- ment motive scale, the study explored the relationship between general self- efficacy and achievement motivation of different economic status and performances of the higher vocational students. The results are as follow： the out- standing poverty cell and the general cell have no significant different on general self - efficacy and achievement motivation, and they get higher score on general self - efficacy and achievement motivation than that of poverty ordi- nary cell, significantly. The general efficacy of outstanding poverty cell and general cell forecast their achievement motivation and pursuing success motive positively, meanwhile, forecasts their avoiding failure motive, negatively. More details such as gender different are discussed in the study.
