摘  要:目的:研究和评价感觉统合训练(Sensory integration training,SIT)干预儿童学习障碍效果。方法:将符合学习障碍(Learningdisorder,LD)诊断标准的6~8岁的一年级儿童(n=60)随机均匀分为研究组:感觉统合训练组(n=30);对照组:不干预组(n=30)。采用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表、瑞文标准推理测试进行评估,记录干预前后的语文和数学的同期考试成绩评价疗效。结果:两组的瑞文标准推理评分、儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表评分、语文成绩和数学成绩干预前后测试结果有显著性差异,P﹤0.05。训练组干预效果明显好于对照组,P﹤0.05。结论:感觉统合训练可以有效地治疗儿童学习障碍。Objective:To study and evaluate the effects of Sensory integration training(SIT)for Learning disorder(LD).Methods:60 patients who were grade 1,6-8 year-old children,and met the criteria for LD were randomized into two groups: the SIT group(n= 30) and the nonintervention group(n=30).The Children sensory integration ability development scale(CSIADS) and the Raven’s standard progressive matrices(SPM) were conducted,and the Chinese marks and Mathematics marks were recorded before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy of the treatments.Results: In two groups,before and after treatment the CSIADS scores,RSPM scores,the marks of Chinese and the marks of Mathematics were significantly different,P〈0.05.The results of the SIT group were better than that of the nonintervention group,P〈0.05.Conclusions: the Sensory integration training could effectively treat learning disorder.
