摘　　要：目的探讨基于web的高职高专医学形态学实验教学改革并评价其效果。方法构建形态学实验网络辅助教学平台与实验室开放管理平台,选取程度相当的4个平行班级分别作为实验班和对照班,实验班的形态学课程的实验教学采用传统教学和网络辅助教学与实验室开放管理,对照班的采用传统教学。结果①成功构建了形态学实验网络辅助教学与实验室开放管理平台;②实验班的形态学课程的实验考试成绩均显著优于对照班(P<0.05)。Objective To evaluate the effect of teaching reform of morphologic experimentation based on network at higher vocational medical college. Methods We constructed a platform for network-assisted teaching of morphologic experimentation and for management of the open morphologic laboratory.Four similar classes were selected in our college and were divided into experimental classes and control classes.Network assisted teaching and management of the open morphologic laboratory were used in experimental classes,and traditional teaching method was used in control classes. Results ①A platform for network assisted of morphologic experimentation and for management of open morphologic laboratory were successfully been constructed;②The scores of experimental classes in the morphologic experimentation exam were remarkably higher than those of control classes（P0.05）. Conclusion Teaching reform based on network in morphologic experimentation can remarkably improve the effect of teaching morphologic experimentation.
