摘　　要：2012年,山西电大要以科学发展观为统领,以"开放合作"为主题,以聚焦内涵、提高质量为核心,努力抓好一个规划的落实,全力做好二项重点工作,不断加强四项基本建设,全面推进五项常规工作。在学校工作中突出做好教学工作,在管理工作中努力实现规范运作,在系统建设中不断提升服务水平,实现学历继续教育与非学历继续教育协调发展,谱写转型跨越发展的新篇章。In 2012,Shanxi TV University,with scientific outlook on development as a guide,＂open cooperation＂ as the theme,and focusing connotation and improving quality as the core,endeavors to fulfill a program implementation,fully does well two stress work,continuously strengthens four items of basic construction,and widely promotes five routine work.Furthermore,it outstandingly does a good job of teaching in the school work,tries to achieve standardized operation in the management of work,and constantly improves service levels in the system construction,in order to achieve harmonious development of schooling,record continuing education and non-schooling continuing education and well compose a new chapter of transitional development.
