摘　　要：目的研究实施国家基本药物制度对社区卫生服务顾客满意度的影响。方法采用统一设计的满意度调查表,通过随机抽样原则抽取2011年沙井街道20家社区健康服务中心(社康中心)4800名顾客进行调查。结果实施国家基本药物制度后顾客满意度因人群而异,总体略有提高。结论基层医疗机构实施国家基本药物制度有待于进一步完善。OBJECTIVE To research the implementation of the national essential drug system,the impact of community health services and the role of customer satisfaction.METHOD Unified design of the satisfaction survey,is taken through the principle of random sampling of 4 800 customers in 20 community health service centers（CHS）.RESULT Implementation of the national essential drug system satisfaction varies by population,a slight increase in overall.CONCLUSION Primary health care institutions of 4 800 customers in implementing the national essential drug system needs to be further improved.
