摘 要:分析了石油钻机变频电驱动系统(VFD)谐波产生的原因,给出了重载工况下母线上电压实测波形,通过对倒滑眼钻井工况下谐波的计算得出VFD电驱动系统谐波变化规律。提出了解决谐波问题的方案,即:为抑制晶闸管产生高次谐波对电源的污染,提出晶闸管直流系统增加输入电抗器;为抑制变频器等设备产生的谐波,提出采用有源滤波器(APF)来抑制谐波的方案。给出了实测的波形,通过实测波形对比,显示出该方案的优越性。The causes of the harmonic from the oil rig variable frequency drive(VFD) electric system were analyzed and the bus voltage measured waveform on the overload condition was provided. The harmonic elec- tric drive system VFD variations was got by calculating sliding and falling through the hole drilling conditions. It proposes the solutions to solve the problems in harmonic wave., in order to suppress the contamination gener- ated from high harmonic to the power,the SCR system was presented to increase the input DC reactor^to curb the harmonic which emerges from the converter and other equipments, the program of adopting active filter (APF) to suppress the harmonic was offered. It has been given the measured waveform and shown the superi- ority of the program by comparing the measured waveform.
