摘  要:基于永磁同步电机(PMSM)直接转矩控制(DTC)平台,针对最小损耗模型和最大转矩电流比两种效率改善策略进行了比较研究。前者通过计算PMSM的铜损和铁损,建立了最小损耗模型,求得最优励磁电流,进而给出最优定子磁链指令值Ψs*。后者利用Lagrange乘子法推导出了最大转矩电流比(MTPA)时输出转矩与最小定子电流之间的关系式,利用曲线拟合的方法求得最优励磁电流,进而给出最优定子磁链指令值Ψs*。仿真实验表明,两种控制策略都能够在保持良好性能的基础上提升运行效率,且最大转矩电流比方法要优于最小损耗模型法。Based on the direct torque control (DTC) platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) ,comparing research on efficiency improvement strategies of the minimum loss model method and the maximum torque per ampere method was done. For the former method, it computes firstly copper and iron loss utilizing the PMSM minimum loss model, finds the optimal magnetizing current, and then gives the optimal ref- erence stator flux a/r". For the latter one, the relation between torque and minimum stator currents while maxi- mum torque per ampere(MTPA) is deduced using Lagrange multiplier method,and the optimal excitation cur- rent is obtained using the curve fitting method,and then the optimal stator flux instruction value ~; is given. Simulation experiments show that both the two control strategies can not only keep good performances,but al- so increase the motion efficiency in comparison with the traditional DTC scheme keep good performance on the basis of operational efficiency, and the effect of MTPA method is superior to the minimum loss model method.
