摘　　要：云模型是一种实现定性与定量之间的不确定性转换模型.通过层次分析法建立了工程项目风险评价指标体系,利用云模型实现了云理论在工程领域的初步应用,并对工程项目风险进行评价,使其更加具有实用性.Cloud model is a model that realizes the uncertainty conversion between qualitative and quantitative.The project risk assessment index system has been established by means of the analytic hierarchy process and the preliminary application of cloud theory in project field has been realized by virtue of the cloud model,furthermore,the project risk is evaluated to make it more practical.
