TDP灯熥敷中药下电针治疗项背筋膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察TDP灯熥敷中药下电针治疗项背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效,探讨其临床推广的可行性。方法:将180例项背肌筋膜炎门诊患者按就诊顺序随机平均分成两组,观察组90例采用TDP灯熥敷中药下电针治疗,对照组90例用TDP烤灯照射下电针治疗;两组均每天1次,12次为一疗程,疗程间休息3d,2个疗程结束后进行疗效观察及对比分析研究。结果:观察组治愈率48.89%,显效率35.56%,愈显率84.45%;对照组治愈率34.44%,显效率22.22%,愈显率56.66%。观察组与对照组痊愈率、显效率、愈显率相比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药熥敷下电针治疗项背肌筋膜炎疗效明显,效果可靠,宜在广大基层医院推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical effects on treating neck and back fasciitis by TCM fomentation with TDP lamp and electro-acupuncture treatment,and discuss it feasibility for clinical promotion.Methods：180 cases of neck and back fasciitis outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to their treatment order,90 cases in the observation group were given the TCM fomentation with TDP lamp and electro-acupuncture treatment,and 90 cases in the control group has taken the TDP lamp irradiation and electro-acupuncture treatment;each group has treatment once every day,12 times as a course,and has a break for 3 days after each course.We have observed the therapy effect and compared the results,as well as analyzed and studied the effect,since outpatients have taken two courses.Results：For observation group,the recovery rate is 48.89%,the effective rate is 35.56%,the effectiveness rate is 84.45%;for control group,the recovery rate is 34.44%,the effective rate is 22.22%,the effectiveness rate is 56.66%.There are significant differences between the observation group and the control group on the recovery rate,the effective rateis as well as the effectiveness rate（P0.05）.Conclusion：The TCM fomentation and electro-acupuncture treatment have outstanding and reliable effect,it is worthy of promoting in primary hospital.
