城市边缘区人居环境的居民满意度评价及其优化——以衡阳市珠晖区酃湖乡为例

摘　　要：随着城市化的快速推进,城市边缘区的人居环境问题日益突出。在对湖南省衡阳市酃湖乡3村262家农户的访谈和问卷调查基础上,利用模糊综合评价法对城市边缘区人居环境满意度进行评价。研究结果表明:居民对案例区人居环境总体评价一般,对住房条件和社区关系较满意,对生态环境、公共服务及基础设施评价一般,对经济发展水平与支撑条件不满意。城市边缘区人居环境建设的突破口是解决居民最关心的就业问题,从政府、市场和居民三维视角提出了相关对策。With the development of urbanization in our country, human settlements problems have become increasingly prominent in urban fringe areas. Based on the questionnaire survey and interviews to 262 households of Linhu town in Hengyang, this article evaluated the satisfaction degree of human settlements in urban fringe area by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The result showed that： overall appraisal of human settlements in study area was general. Satisfaction degree to housing conditions and community relations was better, and the evaluation of ecological environment, public services and infrastructure was common. People were disappointed to economic development levels and the supporting conditions. Employment problem which people cares most was a breakthrough to human settlements construction in urban fringe area. The paper also gave optimization strategy from a three-dimensional view of government, market and households.
