摘  要:目的应用角膜激光共焦显微镜观察活体粘连虹膜的形态学特征。方法临床病例观察对比研究。对2008年3月至2011年3月在深圳市眼科医院应用共焦显微镜观察15例各种原因引起虹膜与角膜粘连的患者,进行角膜激光共焦显微镜检查,透过透明的角膜组织观察到了活体粘连虹膜组织的共焦显微镜图像,并对图像进行分类研究。结果角膜激光共焦显微镜下活体粘连虹膜的形态结构分为6种:(1)树干状支架结构。(2)树枝状支架结构。(3)树丛状支架结构;(4)结果状结构。(5)上皮样结构。(6)深层结构。结论角膜激光显微镜能够观察特定条件下的活体虹膜显微结构,特别能清晰观察虹膜表面的支架结构和色素团块结构,有助于对各种累及虹膜疾病的深入理解。Objective To observe and analyze the morphologic characteristics of the human iris of synechiae by in vivo laser confocal microscopy. Methods fifteen eyes of 15 patients were exam- ined by in vivo confocal microscopy, and summarize the morphologic characteristics. Results There were six kinds of the human iris of synechiae images mainly by in vivo confocal microscopy,includ- ing: ( 1 ) trunk-like bracket structure ; (2) dendritic-like bracket structure ; (3) bush-like bracket structure; (4)fruitful-like bracket structure; (5)Epithelioid-like structure; (6)deep structure. Conclusions Laser confocal microscopy is a good tool for study the microstructure of the iris of synechiae under certain conditions , especially for bracket structure and pigment granule in it ,which can help us to study the disease about the iris deeply.
