止血器点灼治疗丝状角膜病变31例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察止血器点灼治疗丝状角膜病变的安全性与疗效。方法采用眼科常用的止血器在酒精灯上加热5～7s，点灼丝状角膜病变的根部，使其凝缩变白或脱落。结果全部31例在点灼治疗后第三天，自觉症状消失，随访半年至2年，其中2例分别在术后半月及1年复发。结论止血器点灼治疗丝状角膜病变，疗程短、见效快、治愈率高、复发率低，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the safety and therapeutic effect of filamentary keratopathy treated with heated cautery. Methods Commonly used cantery was heated by spirit lamp for 5-7seconds, then the root of filamentary keratopathy was cauterized by heated cantery and become white concretion and cast. Results Subjective symptoms of all cases disappeared 3 days after treatment, followed up for half to two years, and only 2 cases recurred after half month and one year. Condusions Filamentary keratopathy treated with heated cautery is good at short course, quick recovery, high therapeutic effect and low recurrence rate. It is a safe and effective treatment method.
