摘  要:采用水溶液辐射接枝技术,将丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)接枝到淀粉(St)大分子上,制备了St-AM-DMDAAC三元共聚物。采用重量法和滴定法研究了吸收剂量及反应物浓度对接枝效果的影响。接枝共聚物的接枝率(G)、接枝效率(E)和产率(Y)随吸收剂量的增加,先增加后下降;与之相反,阳离子化度(CD)和DMDAAC的接枝效率(RE)是先下降后上升。反应物浓度高时,接枝参数(包括G、E、Y和CD、RE)值都增大;低浓度时,这些值都减小,而且随浓度改变,变化不明显。Starch graft copolymers were prepared from AM/DMDAAC by radiation grafting method in water media, and the resulting copolymers were analyzed by weight measurement and titration method. It was found that grafting ratio and grafting efficiency increased and then decreased with increasing absorbed doses meanwhile cationic degree and grafting efficiency of DMDAAC decreased and then increased with increasing absorbed doses. All of grafting ratio, grafting efficiency of total monomers, cationic degree and efficiency of DMDAAC were high at high reactant contents and low at low reactant contents in the polymerization recipe at absorbed dose of 3 kGy by use of 6:7:7 (w/w/w) ratio with starch:AM:DMDAAC.
