香菇多糖对荷瘤鼠肾结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨香菇多糖对S180荷瘤鼠肾脏组织结构的影响。方法:昆明小鼠50只,分为正常对照组,肿瘤模型组,肿瘤药物组,生存实验肿瘤组,生存实验药物组。观察计算小鼠体质量、肿瘤质量及抑瘤率,体视学方法计量肾皮质厚度、肾单位面积中肾小体的个数及肾小体截面直径,小鼠生存质量和生存天数等指标。结果:(1)香菇多糖有显著的抑瘤作用,并可明显延长荷瘤鼠的生存时间。(2)荷瘤晚期小鼠肾质量、肾皮质厚度、肾小体数密度及肾小体直径均下降,而香菇多糖能改善上述指标。特别是肾皮质厚度和肾小体数密度,用药与未用药比较,其差异有统计意义(前者P<0.01,后者P<0.05)。结论:香菇多糖在对抗肿瘤引起的肾脏损害方面具有保护作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of lentinan on kidney structure in S180 tumor-bearing mice.Methods： 50 mice were divided into 5 groups： normal saline control group,tumor saline control group,tumor lentinan group,survive model group and survive lentinan group.Evaluating the experimental results including the general condition of the mice, inhibitory rate of S180 tumor,survival,changes in body weight,tumor weight,kidney weight,cortical thickness,corpuscula renis number and corpuscula renis diameter.Results：（1） Lentinan can inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma and prolong life of tumor-bearing mice obviously.（2） Kidney weight,cortical thickness,corpuscula renis number and corpuscula renis diameter all descended in survive model group,lentinan can improve above-mentioned indexs.Conclusion： lentinan possess protection on renal damage from anti-tumor.
