摘　　要：针对中小型水库通信中亟需解决的问题,为弥补中小型水库现有通信网络的不足,提出McWiLL宽带无线多媒体集群系统在中小型水库群通信方面的应用。阐述McWiLL系统的相关性能指标,详细分析McWiLL在中小型水库水雨情监测、多媒体集群调度、视频监控、应急通信、办公自动化等方面的解决方案。通过应用,说明McWiLL宽带无线通信系统可在全国中小型水库防汛报警通信系统建设中发挥应有的作用,还可以在库区的山洪防汛、水生态、水土保持等方面发挥用途,不失为解决中小型水库群通信的一种有效手段。For solving problems of middle and small scale reservoir communication, to make up for disadvantages of present communication network, the paper suggests application of McWiLL wideband wireless multimedia cluster system in reservoir communication. The paper elaborates relevant performance and index of the McWiLL system, makes a detailed analysis on solution schemes for rainfall and water regime monitoring, multimedia cluster regulation, video surveillance, emergency communication and office automation. Its application shows that wide band communication system can play an important role in flood control and warning communication system, mountain flood control, water ecology and water and soil conservation. It is an effective method for communication of middle and small scale reservoir group.
