银屑病患者与正常人的个性对照研究

摘　　要：本文采用“艾森克个性问卷”对114例银屑病患者和114名正常对照者进行1∶1配比病例对照研究。结果表明:(1)男、女银屑病患者N量表分均升高,说明所有患者都有情绪不稳定特点(P<0.001);(2)男性银屑病患者个性内向者居多(P<0.005)。本文提示:个性是银屑病致病的重要因素之一。A matched-pair case-control study was carried out in 114 patients withpsoriasis and 114 normal individuals. The study was based upon the Eysenckpersonality Questionnaire (EPO) answered by all the subjects.The resultsshowed that:(1)all patients showed a higher 'N' score, and there wereunstable emotional traits in them, (P<0.001) (2)There were more intra-versive traits in male patients, (P<0,005) This study indicated that Person-ality is an important pathogenic factor in psoriasis.
