摘 要:目的:探索制作输卵管炎性阻塞的动物模型方法。方法:以育龄期新西兰兔为研究对象,在数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiongraphy,DSA)引导下经子宫输卵管插管介入途径,将"混合菌"经导管注入输卵管,制作输卵管慢性炎症动物模型,通过肉眼、光学显微镜及透视电子显微镜观察炎症形成情况。结果:造模15 d后,模型组动物输卵管呈阻塞性炎症改变。结论:经阴道介入途径注入"混合菌"可成功制作新西兰兔输卵管炎性阻塞的动物模型。Objective: To explore a method of establishing animal model of salpingemphraxis caused by induced salpingitis.Methods: Healthy and adult New Zealand rabbits were used in this experiment.Hysterosalpingography catheter intubation was guided by digital subtraction angiongraphy(DSA) to inject "mixed bacteria"into the fallopian tube.The degree of salpingitis was observed by gross observation,light microscope and electron microscope.Results: The apingitis and salpingemphraxis were found in the fallopian tubes of model rabbits after 15 d of "mixed bacteria"injection.Conclusion: The rabbit model of salpingemphraxis caused by chronic salpingitis could be successfully established by the vaginal-uterine interventional injection of bacteria.
