激光周边虹膜成形术治疗残余性青光眼

摘　　要：目的评价倍频Nd:YAG激光行激光周边虹膜成形术治疗残余性青光眼的有效性。方法 20例22眼残余性青光眼,使用倍频Nd:YAG激光行激光周边虹膜成形术,观察术后眼压、视力、杯盘比、前房深度、房角角度等指标变化情况。结果术后1个月、3个月、6个月眼压分别为(18.48±1.60)mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)、(18.72±1.40)mmHg、(19.21±1.49)mmHg,与术前相比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);术后6个月时杯盘比为0.59±0.22,与术前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月时前房深度为(1.72±0.22)mm,与术前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月时房角角度为(21.41±2.74)°,与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论倍频Nd:YAG激光行激光周边虹膜成形术能有效降低残余性青光眼患者的眼压,手术简单易行,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laser peripheral iridoplasty（LPIP）by double-frequency Nd：YAG laser for the remnant glaucoma.Methods Twenty-two eyes of 20 patients were treated with LPIP by double-frequency Nd：YAG laser,and postoperative intraocular pressure,visual acuity,C/D value,anterior chamber depth and angle of anterior chamber were observed.Results The intraocular pressure at postoperative 1 month,3 months and 6 months were （18.48±1.60）mmHg（1 kPa=7.5 mmHg）,（18.72±1.40）mmHg and （19.21±1.49）mmHg;Compared with pre-operation,there were statistical differences（all P0.05）.C/D value at postoperative 6 months was 0.59±0.22,there was no statistical difference compared with pre-operation（P0.05）.The anterior chamber depth at postoperative 6 months was （1.72±0.22）mm,there was no statistical difference compared with pre-operation（P0.05）.The angle of anterior chamber at postoperative 6 months was （21.41±2.74）°,there was statistical difference compared with pre-operation（P0.05）.Conclusion LPIP by double-frequency Nd：YAG laser is a safe and effective method for the remnant glaucoma,it’s to be worthy of spreading.
