摘  要:目的针对手术室临床教学中学生存在心理不适进行疏导,以提高教学质量。方法 100名学生随机均分为P组50名(心理疏导组):心理疏导应用于常规临床教学;C组50名(对照组):采用常规临床教学。记录手术室管理、流程及手术配合熟悉程度。结果通过心理疏导,实习学生临床教学效果明显改善。结论通过心理疏导,可提高手术室临床教学质量。Objective To test the hypothesis that the psychological counseling improves the quality of clinical teaching in the operating room compared with traditional clinical teaching.Method 100 clinical externes were selected,were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=50): group psychological counseling(P) and group control(C).In P group,the psychological counseling was adopted in traditional clinical teaching.In C group,traditional clinical teaching was adopted.The degree of management of operating room,process of operation and surgery with was recorded.Results The psychological counseling improves the quality of clinical teaching in the operating room compared with traditional clinical teaching.Conclusion The psychological counseling would improve the quality of clinical teaching in the operating room.
