福建省中职学校毕业生就业压力应对方式的特点分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对福建省中职学校毕业生就业压力应对方式的特点进行调查,了解中职学校毕业生就业压力应对方式的特点。研究结果表明,中职学校毕业生就业压力应对方式在性别变量上不存在显著差异;来自城镇的中职学校毕业生就业压力应对方式好于来自农村的学生;在校担任学生干部的中职学校毕业生比非学生干部的学生使用更多的积极应对方式;独生子女的发泄与回避、寻求与支持上显著优于非独生子女。In order to understand the coping styles＇ characteristics of employment stress among the specialized middle school students,we investigated the coping styles＇ characteristics of employment stress among the specialized middle school students in Fujian province by questionnaire method.The results of research indicate that： There are no significant differences in gender Variability of specialized middle school students＇ stress coping styles; The coping styles of urban students are super to rural students＇;The people who are leaders of the student are better than those who are not when there badly need positive attitude,ability of collecting information and adjusting mood; The only-children s ability to apply the coping styles to vent and avoid,seek and support are significantly better than those are not only-children＇ s.
