中草药复方剂对猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响

摘　　要：旨在探讨草药复方制剂对猪生长性能和胴体品质的作用。选用16头80日龄的健康小梅山猪,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组8头。设计中草药配方,以1.5%剂量添加到试验组的基础日粮中,对照组饲喂正常的基础日粮。试验期间,所有猪均自由采食和饮水,按常规程序进行管理和免疫。试验期为85d。结果表明:1)试验组猪的日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2)试验组猪瘦肉率比对照组提高7.5%(P<0.05),猪第6～7肋背膘厚比对照组猪降低4.35%,板油重比对照组降低27.9%(P<0.05);3)眼肌面积呈增加趋势(P=0.08),屠宰率和胴体重呈上升趋势,但差异不显著。The paper explores the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance and carcass quality of pigs.16 eighty day-old small Meishan pigs are randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the treated group,8 for each group.The treated group are fed the diets containing 1.5% Chinese herbal medicine while the control group are fed normal daily food.Feed and water are provided for all pigs ad libitum.The experiment lasts for 85 days.The results show： 1） Compared with the control group,the daily weight gain of the treated group is significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）;2） The lean meat percentage of the treated group has increased 7.5% than that of the control group（P0.05）;the 6th ~7th rid backfat thickness of the treated group is decreased 4.35% than that of the control group（P0.05）;and the leaf fat weight of the treated group is decreased 27.9% than that of the control group（P0.05）.3） The eye muscle area（P=0.08）,the dressing percentage and the carcass weight of the treated group tend to increase,but there is no significant difference.
