P^(53)基因与桂西南鼻咽癌颈转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：为观察突变型P53 基因产物P53 蛋白在鼻咽低分化鳞癌的表达情况 ,探讨该基因突变与桂西南地区鼻咽癌颈转移的关系 ,采用S -P免疫组化法检测 5 0例鼻咽癌标本的P53 蛋白 ,对其结果行统计学卡方 ( χ2 )检验分析。结果鼻咽癌P53总阳性率为 5 8% ( 2 9/ 5 0 ) ,有颈淋巴结转移者P53 阳性率 73 .5 % ( 2 5 / 3 4 ) ,无转移者为 2 5 % ( 4 / 16) ,两者差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) )。提示P53To observe the expression of P 53 protein in nasopharyngeal low grade differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, and explore the relationship between the gene mutation and cervical metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the west of Guangxi, the P 53 protein of 50 nasopharyngeal carcinoma specimens was measured with S-P immunohistochemical method, and the results were statistically analyzed by using X2 test. Results suggest that the positive rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma P 53 was 58% (29/50) in all patients. The positive rate of P 53 was 73.5% (25/34) in the cases of cervical metastasis, and 25% (4/16) in those with nometastasis. There were significant different between metastasis and no metastasis (P<0.01 ). It is suggested that the overwxpression of P 53 protein is associated with cervical metastasis.
