摘  要:目的确立新疆鼠尾草中总酚酸类成分的最佳提取工艺。方法以总酚酸含量和浸膏得率为指标,采用单因素考察和正交试验相结合的方法确立新疆鼠尾草中总酚酸类成分的最佳提取工艺。结果酚酸类成分的最佳提取工艺为:以25倍量的40%乙醇回流提取,3次,每次1h。在此条件下,新疆鼠尾草中的总酚酸含量为62.81mg/g。结论该方法操作简便,稳定性和重现性好,是检测新疆鼠尾草中总酚酸成分的可靠途径。Objective To determinate the extraction technology of total phenolic acids in Salvia deserta Schang.Methods Single factor test and orthogonal design test methods L9(34) were applied to optimize the technics for extraction of the total phenolic acids.Results The optimum technology was as follow: the raw material of Salvia deserta Schang was extracted three times(1 h/time) by adding 25 times amount of 40% ETOH under reflux.According to the congdiction mentioned above,the total phenolic acids were extracted efficiently and the extraction rate of the total phenolic acids could reached 62.81 mg/g.Conclusion The operation of this method is simple and convenient,the result is accurate and easy to be extended.It is proved to be a reliable means to determinate the extraction technology of total phenolic acids in Salvia deserta Schang.
