摘  要:目的研究木通皂苷D在不同的pH值和温度下的稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定不同pH值的磷酸盐缓冲液中木通皂苷D浓度。结果方法的精密度(相对标准偏差,RSD)≤6.4%,准确度(相对误差,RE)≤±4.7%。木通皂苷D在中性和弱碱性的环境中比较稳定,但在强酸和碱性环境中易分解,其降解速率还随温度的升高而加快。结论试验表明木通皂苷D的降解具有pH值和温度依赖性,其在室温条件下的稳定性可以满足分析测定的需求。Objective Stability of akebia saponin D was investigated in sodium phosphate buffers with different pH value and temperature. Methods Akebia saponin D in sodium phosphate buffers with different pH value and temperature was quantified using a high-performance liquid chromatography method. Results The precision of the method was within 6.4%(RSD) and the accuracy was within ±4.7%(RE). The akebia saponin D was stable in neutral and weak acidic conditions, but decomposed under strong acidic and basic conditions, which was pH- and temperature-dependent. Decomposition rate speeded up with the rise of temperature. Conclusion The results showed that the decomposition of akebia saponin D was pH- and temperature - dependent. The nine-tenths life is long enough for analyzing at room temperature.
