小切口手法碎核白内障摘除联合折叠人工晶体植入术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口手法碎核白内障摘除联合折叠人工晶体植入术的方法及临床效果。方法对190例(202眼)白内障患者采用上方巩膜隧道切口,行手法碎核白内障囊外摘除并植入折叠人工晶体,观察术后视力恢复情况及手术并发症。结果术后第3天裸眼视力≥0.5者136眼(67.32%);术后1个月复查裸眼视力≥0.5者172眼(85.15%)。结论小切口手法碎核白内障摘除联合折叠人工晶体植入术具有切口小、视力恢复快及操作简单易掌握、无需特殊设备的优点,适合在基层医院广泛开展。Objective To study the technique and the therapeutic effects of small incision cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division and foldable intraocular lens（FIOL）implantation. Methods A corneoscleral limbus tunnel incision was performed on 202 eyes of 190 patients with cataract.The small hard nucleus were divided with a manual nucleus division technique,then FIOL were implanted,the postoperative visual acuities and operative complications were observed. Results Postoperatively,uncorrected visual acuities were 0.5 or better in 67.32%（136/202） and it turned into 85.15%（172/202） one month later.Most of them have a rapid rehabilitation of visual acuity and less complication. Conclusion This surgical technique has the advantage of a small incision,a rapid rehabilitation of visual acuity and no need for special equipment,which should be widely developed in the base hospital.
