摘　　要：分析高职英语听说教学中存在的问题,提出重视英语听说技能的培养,注重基础知识的学习,为学生创设语言环境,加大教学设施与教材建设力度,改革教学模式、教学方法与考核方式等策略,提高教学质量。Through the analysis of the existing problems in the teaching and learning of English listening and speaking,this thesis puts forward the following improvement strategies： attaching importance to English listening skills,paying attention to the learning of basic knowledge,creating language environments for students,constructing teaching facilities and teaching materials,and reforming teaching modes,teaching methods and examinations.
