摘　　要：目的研制AVL COMPACT-3血气分析仪配套应用试剂。方法研制AVL COMP ACT-3血气分析仪配套试剂,并与进口试剂进行比较分析。结果研制试剂与进口试剂的测定结果各组无显着性差异(P>0.05),具有较好的相关性(γ≥0.99),精密度高,稳定性好,临床应用效果满意。结论研制试剂经济实用、稳定可靠、质优价廉,可替代原装进口试剂用于AVL COMPACT-3血气分析仪。Objective To develop supporting reagents for AVL COMPACT-3 blood gas analyzer produced in Switzerland.Methods Developing supporting reagents for Swiss made AVL COMP ACT-3 blood gas analyzer and comparative analysis with imported reagents were carried out in this laboratory.Results There was no significant difference in all detected parameters between using self-designed reagents and those imported in original package（P〈0.05）,and they had good correlation（r0.99）,and they were highly precise and stable.Their clinical application was satisfactory.Conclusion The self-designed reagents could be used as substitutes for kits purchased abroad.
