摘　　要：二级学院教务管理工作头绪很多,教师与学生都参与其间,既是教务员的服务对象,也是教务员的管理对象。文章提出通过对教师、学生、教务员的多方位培训,让师生了解各类教务政策并积极配合教学管理工作,使得二级学院教务管理工作更为高效。The secondary college of educational administration covers much work, in which a lot of teachers and students are involved in the meantime. It＇s both the object of the senate members＇ service and management. This paper presents multi-faceted training for teachers, students, and senate members, to make the teachers and students understand the various types of educational administration policy and actively cooperate with the teaching management, and thus make the work of the secondary educational administration more efficient.
