摘　　要：以全党和全国各高校创先争优活动为背景,从高校学生党员、教工党员以及创先争优对高校基层党建及学校事业发展的作用三个方面阐述了高校创先争优理论研究概况,并总结了高校创先争优理论研究存在的问题,提出了开展创先争优理论研究的对策。To the party and the country＇s activities were the first to the university for their background, From college students party members and staff members were the first to fight is good to college and primary schools to bring about a career and development of the three aspects of the college were the first to fight is good doctrine, a summary overview and institutions were the first to fight is good doctrine problem and put in for the first priority, in theory research plan.
