摘　　要：近年来以尿道前列腺部为系统,进行治疗下尿路症状药物的研究越来越盛行,其中,以尿道α1受体的研究最多,对于其他受体文献则很少有报道。本文系统阐述了常见实验动物及人尿道前列腺部受体分布、功能和受体表达的调节等状况,对于寻找诊治下尿路症状的新药,深入理解下尿路症状发病机制,有重大意义。In recent years,studies on the urethra have often been used as a substitute for the prostate in the development of drugs in the treatment of LUT symptoms.The research of urethra α1 receptor is more,but the report of other receptors is less.This article formulates the distribution and function of receptors in prostatic urethra of common experimental animals and human as well as regulation of receptor expression,which is very important to screen new drugs against lower urinary tract symptoms and investigate the pathological mechanism of lower urinary tract symptoms.
