摘  要:目的 Typodont模型上,模拟临床关闭拔牙间隙的过程,研究自锁托槽结合3种不同的支抗方式对矫治效果的影响。方法制作36个安氏I类双颌牙齿前突的标准Typodont模型,随机配对分成3组,每组12个模型。A组单纯使用自锁托槽;B组使用自锁托槽结合微种植体支抗;C组使用自锁托槽结合口外弓支抗。结果 B组的间隙关闭速度为(1.37±0.03)mm/h,A组比B组的间隙关闭速度稍快,但差异无统计学意义,A组和B组显著高于C组(P<0.05);B组的上颌中切牙平均舌侧移动距离为(6.27±0.44)mm,显著大于其他两组(P<0.01);B组的上颌第一磨牙平均近中移动距离为(0.11±0.08)mm,显著小于其他两组(P<0.01)。结论应用自锁托槽结合微种植体支抗关闭拔牙间隙,既能保持自锁托槽的轻力矫治,又能充分发挥微种植体绝对支抗的作用,矫治后上前牙内收更多,支抗丧生更少。Objective To investigate the treatment effect influences on using the self-locking bracket combined with three different anchorage method to close the gap after tooth extracted on the Typodont model.Methods 36 Angle Class I standard Typodont models of bimaxillary teeth protrusion were made and randomly divided to three groups(n = 12).In A group,the space was closed by only self-locking bracket.In B group,the space was closed by self-locking bracket combined with micro-implant anchorage.In C group,the space was closed by self-locking bows bracket combined with extraoral bow anchorage.Results The space-closing speed in B group was(1.37±0.03) mm/h,it was higher than in A group,but the difference was not significant.And the space-closing speed was significantly higher in A group or B group than in C group(P〈0.05);The lingual moving distance of maxillary central incisor in B group was(6.27±0.44) mm,it was significantly greater than in the other two groups(P〈0.01);and the mesial moving distance of maxillary first molars in B group was(0.11±0.08) mm,it was significantly less than in the other two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion Self-locking bracket combined with micro-implant anchorage can keep the light force correction during space-closing,give full play to micro implant anchorage effect of absolute,and results in more anterior teeth adduction,less anchorage loss.
